Carousel Birthday ~ Window Card

Project #2 of the Carousel Birthday Showcase!

Another simple card design to show of this fab designer series paper, Cupcakes & Carousels Designer Series Paper Stack (142744), I just love this bunting design!

To give this card some interest I die cut a circle from the front panel to make a kind of window effect and added a frame to draw the eye in. The vellum sheet with the heat embossed image from the Carousel Birthday Stamp Set (142832) gives a simple card that something a little more special.
