Here is what you will need:

Tranquil Tide: 
5" x 10" scored and folded in half for your card base
4 3/4" x 2 1/4" strip

Smooth Whisper White: 
4 3/4" x 4 3/4"
4 3/4" x 2" strip embossed

Inks: Tranquil Tide.
