Around The Corner Patterned Note Card

Today I have for you a fun note card using the Around The Corner Stamp Set. 

This card uses one of the images in the stamp set to create a fun pattern. Just by repeating the pattern with some of our fab new colours gives a really nice effect. I can even see the pattern working for a Christmas card if stamped in blues and silvers for a snow flake effect.
I love how this card has come together using stamping, designer series paper and those wonderful corner sentiments.

You will need:
Thick Whisper White Card Stock (140490) - C6 Top folding card base.
Whisper White Card Stock (106549)
Calypso Coral Card Stock (124392) - 1 7/8" x 5 7/8"
                                                            - 2 1/4" x 2 1/4"
2028-2020 In-Colour Designer Series Paper - 1 3/4" x 5 7/8"

Pearl Basic Jewels (144219)

Inks: Blueberry Bushel, Call Me Clover and Calypso Coral.

Card Challenge; PCC #260

Hello Stampers,

Today I am sharing my entry for the Paper Craft Crew (PCC260) Sketch Challenge. Only my 2nd card challenge ever and already I know I'm going to be addicted! The challenge is to create a card using the sketch below; 

I pulled together the Coffee Break DSP and Wood Textures DSP for the bulk of my card, they work fab together! Added a bit of interest to the DSP using the Timeless Textures stamp set...the 'mug stain' is perfect for coffee/tea themed cards! :) I am actually rather happy with how it turned out! More pics below :D

Coffee With Friends Card

Simple Coffee Cafe Card!

Today's card is a super quick and simple card using the Coffee Cafe Bundle - (145331).  Love these colours and the layers really pop. 
Its nice to be able to use a stamp to make your own background, especially when using the sentiment with in it. I really love how Stampin' Up! make the most of the dies to also be able to cut out images from the DSP, it just gives you that extra option to play with :) 

Here is what you will need:

Pear Pizzazz cardstock - C6 card base

Coffe Break DSP: 2" x 3 5/8"

Smooth Whisper White: 3 5/8" x 5 1/4"
Early Espresso cardstock - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8

Pear Pizzazz scalloped edge circle, Early Espresso & Whisper White circle.

Message In A Bottle #2

Note Card and Gift Tag!

Project number 2 using the Message In A Bottle Stamp Set - (143707). 
Something a little different and not really ocean, sea or nautical related...shows just how versatile this stamp set is!
A cute note card & gift tag set... perfect for giving with flowers, or any gift for that matter. Using the 'message notes' image that fits in the bottle to create a background, this set is super simple, quick and easy to make! :D

For the Card:

Thick Whisper White: 3" x 6" and scored at 3"
Fresh Fig Cardstock:
2 2/8" x 2 2/8" (6cm x 6cm)
Smooth Whisper White Cardstock:
2 1/8" x 2 1/8" (5.5cm x 5.5cm)

For the Tag:
Thick Whisper White: 4" x 2" (10cm x 5cm)
Fresh Fig Cardstock: 
1 1/2" x 3" (3.8cm x 7.7cm)
Smooth Whisper White Cardstock: 
1 3/8" x 2 7/8" (7.4cm x 3.4cm)

Ink: Fresh Fig

You can spice this up with coordinating ribbon, rhinestones or popping up the center panel on dimensionals.

Message In A Bottle #1

Ocean Message!

Over the next couple of weeks I will be showing you a few card and project ideas using the Message In A Bottle Stamp Set - (143707). 
For this video we will be going slightly nautical with an ocean scene using the Seaside Embossing Folder to create the background and not to forget that fun, fun, fun bottle image. Just Love it! The best part is all the images in the stamp set fit in the bottle!! 
This card did not 100% come out how i had pictured it in my head when first making it, but actually I rather like it. Its rather simple - if, unlike me you get your measurements right that is lol and can be easily altered to make it your own. 
On to making this card... 

You will need:

Thick Whisper White Card base - C6 size
Soft Sky Cardstock:
3 15/16" x 5 11/16" (10cm x 14.5cm)
2 15/16" x 2" (10cm x 5cm)
Tempting Turquoise Cardstock:
2 1/4" x 3 3/4" (9cm x 5.6cm)
Smooth Whisper White Cardstock:
2 1/4" x 3 3/4" (9cm x 5.6cm)
