More fun with In The City stamp set

I have had this stamp set for a while and have only just got it out to play with! I know, I can't believe it! So, no video tutorial today, but I still wanted to share with you some note card ideas using the In The City Stamp Set (143771).

A fantastic set of 60 stamps that can be used to create cards featuring a single country house or a busy city.
I love the design of the images, giving the effect that they have been hand drawn or doodled. There are so many fun ways you can use the images on your project. This set allows you to have the option to use the image outline and colour it in with your markers, aqua painters or blends, or you can use two step stamping to fill in the colour for a quick and easy card. The sentiments and additional images in the set makes In The City very versatile, suitable for a number of occasions!
Check out my creations below for some fun note card ideas;

For this card I used white embossing powder on black card stock to create a night cityscape. Layer the buildings and pop up the front row for added dimension.
White and gold embossing powder was used for the fireworks on Night of Navy card stock, adding a little bit of colour.
I love how this card turned out. It could be used for a new job in the city, to congratulate on a move... pretty much any celebratory occasion.

Using our thinner note cards, these next two use Bermuda Bay and Berry Burst for a clean and simple, yet colourful note card. Simple yet fun, these would be perfect thank you cards for someone who helped you move or house sat while you were away. The one on the right could be used if you are a Demo holding Coffee & Craft events, as a thank you to the cafe.

In The City is a host stamp set and is only available with Stampin' Rewards. Place a £150 order and you can get this set absolutely FREE with your reward credit. There is only a few weeks left to grab this set so click shop now on the top right of this blog - I will even send you some extra goodies as a thank you for shopping with me!

Happy Crafting,

        AMIE
